60 days to return
We know that choosing a bed for a child is an important decision, which is why we have extended the return period to 60 days. We want you to have enough time to get to know our product and enjoy it fully. You do not need to justify your decision, but we would appreciate any feedback that helps us improve our products and services.

Return your LANO bed in 5 simple steps:

1. Inform us by email of your intention to return the product
Download the form below, complete it and send it to us at complaint@lanofurniture.com.

2. We will schedule the collection date for your LANO bed
We will inform you of the day on which we can collect the returned bed. 2 days before the scheduled date, we will contact you to confirm the collection date and time.

3. Prepare the product for transport
Pack the LANO bed in the same way it was delivered to you. Protect it properly for transport, preferably in the original LANO packaging.

4. Wait for the collection date
The bed will be collected by a GLS courier on the agreed day. The packed product must be placed at the door of the delivery vehicle.

5. The refund will be made to your bank account
Your money will be refunded to the bank account number you previously provided in the return form.

2. How long will it take to receive a response to my return email?
We will respond to your email within a maximum of 2 days of receipt. For transport, the maximum time is 2 weeks.
3. What information do I need to provide when returning a LANO bed?
In response to your email expressing your intention to return the product, we will send you a return form containing all the necessary information. Useful details for us include: order number, first name, surname, address, etc.
4. How should I prepare the product for return?
The returned product must be packed and protected for transport in the original LANO packaging.
5. How long does it take for LANO to collect my return?
We will collect the returned product using our own transport within a maximum of 2 weeks after receiving your completed return form.
6. Will the refund include 100% of the order value?
The refunded amount does not include delivery costs. For products with free delivery, 100% of the order value is refunded.
