Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to the following address: “LANO MEBLE” Cezary Siwik, Tyble 43C, 98-420 Sokolniki, Poland, by telephone on +33 1 84 88 42 50 or by e-mail at complaint@lanofurniture.com.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If the goods have been delivered within the 14-day period, you must return or send them back to Venusti sp., after having informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is deemed to be met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
